Orders, Quotations, and Availability

Rental Transactions
Rental transactions may be subject to additional rental terms, agreements, quotations, order documents, checkout disclosures, or other conditions provided in connection with the rental.
If specific rental terms provided for a transaction conflict with these general website Terms and Conditions, the specific rental terms will control with respect to that rental.
Rental Deposits
For rental transactions, National Tool Leasing Incorporated may authorize or charge a security deposit in addition to rental charges. The amount of the deposit may be based on the value of the rented equipment and other factors associated with the transaction.
Deposits may be applied to unpaid rental charges, extension charges, missing equipment or components, damage, replacement costs, cleaning charges, freight, or other amounts for which the renter is responsible under the applicable rental agreement.
Rented equipment that is returned damaged, incomplete, unusable, altered, or with missing, damaged, defaced, or tampered inventory identification may be subject to repair or replacement charges in accordance with the applicable rental agreement.
Payment
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize National Tool Leasing Incorporated and its payment processors to process amounts associated with the applicable transaction.
Additional payment, credit, NET terms, deposit, or billing conditions may apply when separately agreed to by National Tool Leasing Incorporated.
SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from National Tool Leasing Incorporated related to dispatch activity, load assignments, pickup and delivery instructions, scheduling information, status updates, and other work-related operational communications.
National Tool Leasing Incorporated uses SMS messaging for informational operational communications between company dispatch personnel and employees or independent contractor drivers.
Messages may include load assignments, pickup and delivery instructions, scheduling information, appointment changes, dispatch instructions, status updates, equipment information, and other work-related operational communications.
This SMS messaging program is not used for marketing, advertising, promotional offers, affiliate marketing, or third-party promotional communications.
SMS Opt-In and Consent
Employees and independent contractor drivers may provide their mobile telephone number directly to National Tool Leasing Incorporated and affirmatively consent to receive informational operational SMS messages.
Consent is obtained before the recipient is enrolled in the SMS messaging program. Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute SMS consent. The recipient must affirmatively agree to receive the messages.
Our verbal opt-in process advises the recipient of the identity of the sender, the types of messages that will be sent, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that the recipient may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

The recipient must affirmatively agree before being enrolled in the SMS messaging program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity, active assignments, and operational requirements. Recipients may receive multiple messages during active dispatch, pickup, transportation, or delivery operations.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are based on the terms of the recipient's wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
SMS Opt-Out
Recipients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message sent through the program.
After a recipient opts out, we may send one additional message confirming that the opt-out request has been processed. No additional SMS messages from the program will be sent unless the recipient subsequently affirmatively opts in again.
