Cherne 310448 24-48 in. I-Series Test-Ball is a standard blocking plug without a bypass. If you need a Cherne 24-48" bypass plug you might want to look at Part number 316448 which has a four-inch bypass or Part number 316448 which has a six-inch bypass.
