The Exact HYDRA 360 is a professional hydraulic pipe cutting machine built to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient cutting in the toughest working environments. The saw is designed to cut pipes with diameters from 75 mm to 360 mm (3"–14") and can handle wall thicknesses up to 25 mm in steel and 45 mm in plastics. It efficiently cuts a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, ductile iron, aluminum, copper, plastic, glass fiber, and multilayer pipe materials.

A secure clamping system attaches the saw firmly to the pipe, guiding the blade around the pipe circumference to produce straight, accurate cuts. When equipped with the optional Exact Diamond Cut Bevel blade, the HYDRA 360 can cut and bevel cast iron pipes in a single operation, significantly improving productivity on pipeline and repair projects.
