Inflation And Setup Planning
Before deployment, inspect the plug carefully for any cuts, abrasions, or signs of rubber damage, as imperfections can lead to failure under pressure even if not full-thickness. Standard sizes range from 2' to 9' in diameter, with or without bypass for testing and flow through. Generally, a pillow shaped pipe pipe plug can be inserted through an opening 1/3 the diameter of the pipe.
