The Gen-7 is a widened version of the Gen-6 for divers with large heads. Hammer tough. The Shell is silicon bronze nominally 1/4" thick. Laser scanning, CAD file editing, and 3D printing created the perfect pattern to make investment casting molds.

Details
Well balanced, extremely comfortable, with slightly negative buoyancy, the Gen-7 Gladiator is a joy to dive with a great field of view from the 1/2" thick lexan faceplate. The comms are crisp and clear due to bronze shell acoustics and extremely quiet Poseidon Xstream demand regulator. The 2 wire comm posts are machined brass with a large hole for the wire in the fat base instead of the tiny hole in the skinny screw post like the competition.
The sideblock manifold is machined brass based on a Swagelok valve that has 1/4" stainless steel valvestem instead of 1/8" chrome plated brass valvestem like the competition. The sideblock can be plumbed as "A" or "B" style block. The airtrain can be Poseidon scuba hose, refrigeration copper, or tungum. The Poseidon Xstream demand regulator is the easiest breathing regulator in production. It is also very quiet due to design. This regulator is very easy and simple to work on.
The exhaust has been separated from the demand regulator. We did that to virtually eliminate CO2 retention in the helmet. Each and every breath is fresh and clean. This provides for more production, less venting to clear CO2 and faceplate fog, and much less hyperventilating on heliox dives when doing hard labor. Less gas consumption. Dual valving exhaust available for dirty water.
The hat cams up like a Miller or Savoie. Pull pin cam locks available or standard strap n buckle lockup. The head cushion has velcro attachment instead of snaps for longer service.

Airtrain material: Gen-7a comes with copper tubing. Gen-7n comes with tungum tubing. Poseidon scuba hose optional.
Sideblock manifold: Based on Swagelok valve, the machined brass body has adaptable plumbing for umbilical over or under the shoulder with optional drysuit port.
Exhaust System: Exhaust gases do NOT pass through the regulator on Gen-7, resulting in drastically less carbon dioxide retention compared to helmets that do exhaust through the regulator.

Cams and neckdam: Similar in arrangement to Savoy, Miller, and others. Secure cam locks up by pull-pins (Gen-7n) or nylon strap/buckles (Gen-7a).
Head cushion: Attached by velcro instead of snaps to prevent ripping of fabric.
Oral / Nasal: Made of silicon rubber for longer life.
